Frequently Asked Questions
(FAQ):
What is a Fiber Guild?
Traditionally
fiber guilds focus on one type of craft, such as weaving, and help
members learn to be skillful artists in that craft.
In
this area of the country, fiber artists may live great distances from
one another, so we welcome all types of fiber lovers in one guild,
where we can help each other grow in our chosen specialty.
Sometimes this sparks an interest in a different fiber art!
Are There Meetings?
Guild
members and friends gather to learn more about fiber arts through
workshops on specific topics and through sharing expertise with other
members. Sometimes a guest artist comes to share skills members
don't have yet.
